*IMPORTANT NOTE: Water, power and A/C or heat must be ON to clean
-We cannot move heavy furniture due to insurance liabilities - this is best left to your moving company
-We do not clean anything higher than what our two-step ladder can reach, although our extension tools reach higher fans, corners, lights, recessed fixtures etc which may help reach the height of 12ft+ (insurance liabilities)
-Damage or breakages due to normal wear and tear, deterioration, or poor installation are not the responsibility of Got Maid Cleaning
-Got Maid cannot be held responsible for any damage done to blinds
