- Pre-Inspection: Our professional cleaning technician will meet with you at your home. They will discuss your particular needs to ensure we have all the information needed to meet your needs.
- Preparation: Our cleaning technician will move any furniture if necessary. It is recommended that you remove items beforehand, such as valuables, electronics, lamps, and anything fragile or breakable. Got Maid cleaning technicians will not move heavier furniture or items such as entertainment centers, pianos, pools tables, or any similar items.
- Vacuum: Our cleaning technicians will use our Got Maid HEPA filtered vacuum on any carpets that are being treated to clean and remove any loose items and debris.
- Pre-Treat: After vacuuming, our cleaning technician will pre-treat the carpets to help break up soil and will put extra focus on high-traffic areas and stains. This pretreat will help to provide the best results when cleaning soiled areas and removing tough stains.
- Extract: Our cleaning extraction process involves using professional equipment that injects hot water cleaning solution into the carpet, which is then extracted, and with it comes all the dirt and allergens. This method of extraction is considered “deep-cleaning” and is what is recommended by the Carpet and Rug Institute as their preferred method of cleaning.
